What distinguishes them from wooden beams is that they are a more durable, economical and environmentally responsible solution.
They come in two standard shades: light and dark wood color. You can see them here.
All elements of wood imitation of our production are hand-sculpted and protected with a triple layer of protective mass, which guarantees quality and durability.
In addition to all the above advantages, imitations of wooden beams are also lighter than real wood, so they are safer because they do not burden the structure on which they are placed.
Due to the multi-layer protection, which is used in the production of facade elements and moldings, they are resistant to water, moisture, mold, rot, insects and do not require any additional work after installation.
Maintenance is performed by occasional wiping with a slightly damp cloth or vacuuming the surface of the beam.
Instalation of wooden beams imitation:
The surface on which they are placed must be dry and clean.
The elements are glued with a special glue for styrofoam beams - TITAN SUPER.
Consumption of glue: 310ml per 12 meters.
The glue applied on the element must sit for 30 seconds and then you can press the element on the desired surface.
Then tighten the element by pressing it against the surface a few more times.
If it is not possible to get an element from one piece, the joints can be covered with the help of decorative joint tape.
